At Soul Stuff, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at soulstuffcomp@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include your RAN. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
